4.1 Each Member may hold only one (1) candy918 account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly whenever they change. candy918 is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. candy918 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member failed to safeguard their credentials. 4.4 candy918 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any stage of the account lifecycle. Members are required to provide government-issued identification and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds documentation within the timeframe specified by candy918.
4.5 candy918 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that breaches these Terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk of money laundering.
5.1 All transactions on the candy918 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). candy918 supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, and FPX internet banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and other participating banks).
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM10. Minimum withdrawal amounts and transaction limits are published in the candy918 account cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
5.3 All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. candy918 will only process withdrawals to payment methods previously used by the Member for deposits, or to verified accounts held in the Member's name. candy918 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.4 candy918 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals within 5–30 minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within 30–120 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
5.5 candy918 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or where a bet remains unsettled. candy918 will notify the affected Member and endeavour to resolve any hold promptly.
6.1 candy918 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins equivalent credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and any game contribution weightings will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
6.3 candy918 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus Funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of cancellation will be removed from the Member's account.
6.4 Abuse of any promotional offer — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, coordinated bonus harvesting, or placing low-risk hedging bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, reversal of any associated winnings, and account suspension.
7.1 All bets placed on the candy918 Platform are governed by the game-specific rules and sportsbook rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for the purposes of that game or bet.
7.2 Once confirmed, bets cannot be altered, cancelled, or reversed by the Member except where an explicit cash-out or early settlement feature is available and the Member elects to use it within the permitted window.
7.3 candy918 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error or human error, bets on events whose outcomes were known at the time of placement, and bets placed in contravention of these Terms.
7.4 In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round or live casino session before a result is determined, candy918 will void the affected round and return all stakes to the Members involved.
Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the candy918 Platform:

9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. No other licence is granted. 10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, candy918's total liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 candy918 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the Member's use of or inability to use the Platform.
10.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. candy918 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and shall not be liable for losses caused by platform outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment system failures outside candy918's reasonable control.
11.1 candy918 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Members can access deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion tools directly from their account settings at any time.
